Start from hither:

•Tourism specialization has short term effect on Economic growth:

Tourism specialization can determine economic growth. More requires through higher tourist arrivals is associated with economic growth in two ways. First, tripper spend money on lodging, meals, attractions, shopping, transportation, souvenirs, and entertainment. This spending goes directly to firms, households and government (fees, taxes, goods and services). Second, tripper arrivals through demand spur indirect effects on the GDP through productivity spill-overs, such as when international hospitality firms establish themselves in a destination bringing high skilled staff, knowledge, and new ideas. These new conception could pertain to management processes to improve productivity, new products or services, or new market segments. Tourism specialization inspection usually examine the relationship between tourism development and economic growth.

•Economic extension has a positive impact on human development:

Mainstream studies conventionally center development on economic growth. This perspective's premise suggests individuals' tastes are homogeneous. Thus, promotion primary goal would be efficient resource allocation to maximize growth and consumption. Pay out extension & consumption was the ultimate well-being measurement. (1985, 1990, 1999) provocation this growth-focused view of development through his capability approach. Person  promotion is “a method of expanding the real freedoms that people enjoy to leading the lives they have reason to value”. The most notable factor is the individuals' capability to achieve certain life conditions. Tourism specialization gather material resources to society and individualizes available resources using rising incomes, skills, and information capable of facilitating people's physical and intellectual resources. Supply material resources supports HD by expanding choices and opportunities that could complement a healthy and fulfilling life. Tipper requires unique experiences, and interacting with destination residents could become crucial in defining and imbuing meaning to those experiences. Thus, boost resident skills and information could contribute to positive tourist experiences. Assets that satisfy tourists may engender more spending and, hence, more material resources for the destination to address its population's societal requirements, such as health and education. A fitness life and educated workforce could lead to higher productivity. Thence, this work argues that connections exist between TS and HD. Even so, the connections' nature is not readily identified because connections are mediated by tourism's strength within the economic structure, inequality, market imperfections, and institutional weakness. For example, creating memorable experiences provokes satisfied tourists to spend.

This work inquire in to  the conceptual underpinning of the connection between TS and HD. The junction reveals itself in Adam Smith's division of labor, which provides the foundation for the interface between supply and demand components in justifying choices in resource allocation and mobilization. The study entertains four essential conclusions. First of all, Economic growth & TS in the case of Poland is not self-evident. TS only has a notable positive direct short-term effect, implying that its performance is above the tourism trend pattern. Anyhow, the long-term or trend patterns suggest that TS does not have a significant direct effect on economic growth, which is inconsistent with the TLGH. The negative mark characterizing the trend in the relationship between TS and economic growth suggests that the economy may be struggling to match the right person with the right job & is unmoving in the process of catching up with tourism development. Secondly, the effect of human capital and investments and their interaction with TS on economic growth is negative, suggesting that Poland faces a low return on investments and low productivity in the sector. This detection is contained with Mihalic's (2017) study asserting that tourism business models, market orientation, and product quality is lacking in Poland. Third one is the human first city reveals a U form pattern in its relationship with economic growth, indicating an initial negative effect returning to a positive effect after reaching a certain threshold. This U form pattern is also present in the relationship between human capital and HD. Expertise supported by health and education allow for capacities to act, which enlarge the choices available to individuals. Multiple skills influence performance in life across a variety of dimensions that subsidize HD. This result follows Sen's HD theory. Furthermore, fourthly, there is only a weak link, albeit indirect and negative, between TS and HD. Economic extension seems the channel that supports the expansion of HD, indicating short and long-term significant positive effects. One possible reason for the short-term negative effect in the relationship between TS and HD may be the substantial differences in salaries and income compared to other European Union (EU) countries.
