Being a night owl you have problem of irregular mood and mental
disturbance throughout the day which harm your glycemic control. Night owls are
at high risk with “Type 2 Diabetes”. It is an alarming situation which can be
control by changing your bedtime. With diabetic knock you may have heart
disease also because of disturbed cholesterol levels. Less sleep adversely
