Are you troubling with lack of sleep at night? Here we describe the brief note on health issues of a night owl. Most commonly it is a genetic problem which affects females more than males. Many health issues associated with their lifestyle which later can be more vulnerable to consequences of a poor or unhealthy lifestyle. Disturb minds have difficulty in work performance and lack their confidence which lead them to depression. In 2017, study found that night owls are more likely to suppress their feeling and positive thinking about anything as compared to normal people.

As a night owl you have difficulty to make friends and being social. Restlessness cause your brain fog and want to be alone all the time. Night owls are less engaged to other, avoiding contact because of social anxiety. As a teenager, it can disturb your school performance to stay quite all time, others think of you dump and don’t want to be friends. Sleep loss also dampened activity in brain regions that normally encourage social engagement. Night owls are term as social lepers and as time passes turn-off society and just to be alone.

When you’re staying up in night the most concern thing is “snacking”. Late night eating leads your body to obesity. Doctors think that eating in late night dark slower your metabolism which then increase your weight abnormally because of extra calories. It is an alarming situation which can be control by changing your bedtime. With diabetic knock you may have heart disease also because of disturbed cholesterol levels.
