Orange Ginger Turmeric Smoothie - Fizah Mughees


                           Ingredients:

3 oranges

1 large carrot, chopped

1 1-inch piece of ginger

1 – 1/2-inch piece of turmeric,  (or 1 teaspoon powdered turmeric)

A pinch of black pepper



               INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all the ingredients in your high-powered blender and blend on high until smooth. 

Add up to a cup of water for a more juice-like smoothie, So Ready & Served.
