Learn how to make Cilantro-Lime Chicken Spaghetti 🍝 - Fizah Mughees




            Ingredients:

2 tbsp. lime juice

 1 tsp. cumin powder

 1 pack: spaghetti 

4 tbsp. butter/ oil

 3 cloves garlic paste 

1/2 tsp. Red pepper flakes

 1kg: Boneless chicken

 1/4 c. freshly chopped red & green chili

Salt : According to taste

Chill, Soya sauce & vinegar : Half cup

 1 Onion chopped 

1.5 tbls: Black paper powder 

Half cup: Capsicum, Carrots, Cabbage

            Modus Operandi:

•In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, and cumin. Add Chicken & toss to combine.  Marinate for 15 minutes or up to 4 hours. 

•Before cooking chicken, boil pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. 


•Cook chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat 2 tablespoons butter. Add chicken in a single layer and cook until pink and opaque, about 2 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet. 

•Add remaining 2 tablespoons butter to skillet. When melted, stir in garlic, and red pepper flakes and  All ingredients, cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add chicken and white vinegar & other's source, and bring mixture to a simmer. 

 
•Add cooked pasta and Toss everything together until evenly coated in sauce.  

Serve warm hmmmmm yamyy😋
